Race Nights: Every Other Wednesday Starting March 19 • Start Time: 7:00 PM (Check in/tech from 6:00pm - 6:30pm

Rainout: Rescheduled for following Thursday

Track Length: 1/8 Mile (66 feet)

Event Format: 5 Nights • 5 Races(Rounds) Per Night • 2 Minutes Between RacesRace

Vehicle Rules – RTR Class Only
All vehicles must follow these guidelines to ensure a fair and fun racing experience.

Chassis & Electronics
RTR (Ready-to-Run) Chassis Only – no custom or aftermarket chassis.
RTR Wheelie Bar Only – no aftermarket
RTR Power System – no mixing motor and escs
RTR Transmitter and Remote Only (No stability or traction control allowed)
Body Must Have a Back Bumper – required for entry.
Stock Slipper Clutch – must remain unmodified.
Stock Differential – no upgrades or tuning allowed.

Tires & Wheels
Any Tire Type Allowed – no restrictions on brand or compound.
2.2/3.0 Short Course Style Wheels Only
No Tire Warmers or Heating Devices
No cleaning, conditioning, or prep allowed (No Simple Green). Tires will be inspected before every race
Mandatory Burnout: Each car must perform a 3-second burnout on carpet before staging.

Race Procedures
Starting Method: Flashlight Start (Traxxas Starting Light)
Starting Line: False starts determined via Slow-Motion Camera Review
Finish Line: Determined via Slow-Motion Camera Review
No “Chase is a Race” Rule – false starts result in a red light (disqualification).

Conduct & Sportsmanship
No Profanity – keep the event family-friendly.
No Altercations – any aggressive or disrespectful behavior will result in removal.
Respect All Racers and Officials – poor sportsmanship will not be tolerated.

Event Schedule
6:00–6:30 PM: Check-In & Tech Inspection
6:45 PM: Drivers Meeting
7:00 PM: Racing Begins
2 Minutes Between Each Race
If a driver is not ready within 2 minutes, they will forfeit that round.

Series Format
Each Racer Runs 5 Races Per Night (5 Rounds)
Random Pairings Each Round
In case of an odd number of racers. A random racer who lost in the round will race the “odd racer”. That random racer will have a second chance at recording a win.
