Area RC & MSM Return Policy

We want you to feel confident shopping with Area RC and MSM both in-store and online. Please review our return and product issue guidelines below.

Manufacturer Defects & Warranty

All manufacturer or product defects are handled directly through the product manufacturer. Area RC and MSM are not liable for replacing items covered under manufacturer warranty. We are happy to help direct you to the appropriate manufacturer when needed.

Fit, Compatibility, or Expectation Concerns

If you receive a product that does not fit your vehicle, is not compatible, or does not meet your expectations, please contact us at hi@msmvlog.com and we will do our best to help you find a solution.

Due to the nature of hobby products and parts, opened items are not eligible for refunds or returns. We strongly encourage customers to verify compatibility before purchasing and opening products. Our team is always happy to help answer questions prior to purchase to help ensure you get the correct item.

15-Day Return Window

We offer a 15-day return policy. This means you have 15 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

  • To qualify for a return:
  • Item must be unopened and unused
  • Item must be in original packaging
  • Receipt or proof of purchase is required
  • Damaged Packaging Upon Arrival (Online Orders)

If your item arrives with damaged packaging, you must email photo proof to hi@msmvlog.com

Order Issues or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon receiving it. If your item is:

  • Defective
  • Damaged
  • Incorrect

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened products
  • Custom or special-order items
  • Personalized products
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards

Opened Items

We do not offer refunds or returns on opened or used products.
